TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SESSION ACCESS

By registering and paying for this session you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Access to the session — including the Google Meet link — will be provided via email upon confirmed payment. Sharing the session link with unregistered participants is strictly prohibited.

2. PAYMENT

All session fees are due in full at the time of registration. Your seat is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by ZenMode AI / Knowble Minds LLC.

3. NO REFUND POLICY — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once payment has been made and your registration confirmed — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to:

– Student inability to attend on the day

• Technical issues on the student’s device
• Change of mind after registration
• Scheduling conflicts
• Illness or personal emergencies

If you are unable to attend a session you have registered for — please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at [your email] and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future session at our discretion.

4. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

By completing payment and registration you agree that the service described has been clearly communicated and you understand what you are purchasing.

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed against ZenMode AI / Knowble Minds LLC for a service that has been delivered as described will be contested with full supporting evidence including registration records, attendance logs, session delivery confirmation and all related communications.

Repeated or fraudulent dispute filings may result in permanent exclusion from all future sessions.

5. SESSION DELIVERY

ZenMode AI / Knowble Minds LLC commits to:

• Delivering the session on the confirmed date and time
• Providing the Google Meet link at least 24 hours before the session
• Conducting the session as described in the registration details

In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by ZenMode AI / Knowble Minds LLC — registered participants will receive either a full refund or a transfer to the next available session at their choice.

6. CONDUCT

All participants are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. ZenMode AI / Knowble Minds LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

7. RECORDING

Sessions may be recorded by the host for quality and training purposes. Participants and parents consent to this recording by registering for the session. Recordings will not be shared publicly without consent.
